It was a great experience! I discover a lot of things of my life through this Life Transformational Meditation Retreat at Yoga Essence Rishikesh. Thanks to all Yoga Essence team. The retreat brings lots of changes to my life. I am just in the beginning of the inner journey but that’s a great start! I found the way to be with myself and find the joy inside, not outside.
