Dr. Hemlata was born on 08 December 1985 at New Tehri, located in the state of Uttarakhand. In her school years, she had average grades, but her involvement in extracurricular activities as like in debate or speech and also in some school level projects was great. After completing her school education Dr. Hemlata went on to attend Combined (P.G.) Institute of Medical Science & Research (CIMSR), Dehradun where she is graduated in Bachelor of Physiotherapy, during graduation she started working in the field of ‘Effect of physiotherapy on Rib-Fracture & Spinal-Cord Injuries as she has done research and projects in the same field. She is an expert in the field of Yoga Anatomy & Physio-Yoga-Therapy.

WORK EXPERIENCE:-

• 2009-2010 CMI Hospital, Dehradun (Physiotherapy Department & Faculty of Anatomy).
• 2010-2011 Yashodha Hospital, Ghaziabad (Physiotherapy Department & Faculty of Anatomy).
• 2011- Present ShriKrishna Institute of Bio-Medical Science & Research (Physiotherapy Department & Faculty of Anatomy & Physiology).
• Teaching in Yoga Anatomy in different Yoga Schools in Rishikesh since 2011.
