Our 200 hours or 300 hours Meditation TTC covers multi-style meditation practices comprising active and passive meditation techniques compatible with contemporary lifestyle. You will learn 20 meditation techniques from different tradition paths, schools etc of the world. These practices are being taught by encompassing both ancient eastern yogic inner sciences and western modern outer sciences. The practices are fully focused on our transformation and self-growth without subscribing to any particular paths, schools, tradition or any individuals. You will learn these practices with their pure essence and their practical application to our modern lifestyle. These practices are presented very systematically and scientifically to enhance the experiential and transformational aspects of our life. Yoga Nidra
The main purpose to add Yoga Nidra Teacher Training with the curriculum of our 200 hours & 300 hours meditation TTC is to impart the skill of guided practice to our students so that they can find very easy to lead meditation sessions which includes some guided relaxation and also lead yoga Nidra session. During the yoga nidra training you will experience and learn the entire process of yoga nidra through an additional 30 hours of special training of theory and practices of nidra yoga. This training will allow you to understand and experience yoga nidra in a very scientific step by step methodology. This training will also help you to develop the skill and learn the process of guided deep relaxation practice, guided meditation practice.
Science of Meditation & Patanjali Yoga Sutra
Applied meditation, yoga philosophy is one of the interesting subject of our 200 hours & 300 hours meditation TTC. This particular class helps the students to understand and apply the fundamentals of meditation philosophy and psychology into meditation their practices. This particular subject also develops the core understanding of the entire sciences of inner journey, the map of inner journey to make the inner journey more systematic, scientific and to the point. Swami Swatmaram, the author of Hatha Yoga Pradipika says that the asana practice makes our body flexible, lightness, disease free and brings greater stability for pranayama and meditation practice. During our 200 hours & 300 hours meditation TTC you will learn the asana practices that fulfilling exactly the same characteristics of asana as described by both Rishi Patanjali and Swami Swatmaram in their respective yogic texts. You will get opportunity to learn the traditional Hatha Yoga asana practice in contemporary dimension and in its pure essence by turning the asana practice session into more meditative and deeper experience. You will experience how asana practice can build a solid platform for higher yogic practices like Dharana, Dhyan and Samadhi. You will also experience how classical hatha yoga practice can help to stabilize our body, mind and emotion and opens path for holistic health and higher consciousness. As pranayama practices are important tool to control the mind and activate chakras and kundalini, hence you will get opportunity also to learn and practice few breathing practices.

Mantras is one of the most powerful tools best on sound and it’s vibrations that affect instantly our energy body, mental body and emotional body. Hence almost religious paths, schools have developed their own sound practices to work deeply on body, mind, heart for health, healing, and spiritual growth. Mantra are very effective practice to stop the obsessive nature of mind and bring down the mind to the present moment. Mantra is one of the best tool to activate chakras, kundalini, expansion of energy body, experience of higher consciousness etc.
Teaching Practicum
In our 200 hours & 300 hours meditation TTC the Teaching Practicum topic covers a thorough and deeper explanations on the yogic science of each meditation practice. The students will receive many inputs and tips on how to present each meditation practice more in a systematic and scientific way. This will allow the students to teach each meditation technique skilfully and creatively. You will learn how to create different modules of meditation sessions like 60 minutes modules, 90 minutes modules, 2 to 3 hours modules, whole day meditation modules meditation retreat etc. This training imparts many tips how to use some meditation practices as meditative therapy for stress management sleep management and holistic healing. You would learn how to choose the meditation practices in respect of basic, intermediate, advanced and present them accordingly. All aspirants are advised to carefully consider the time and resources required for the course before forwarding the application for the teacher training course. Advance deposit money to reserve the spot of the course is non-refundable. However, in case of emergencies and other unavoidable exigencies the Yoga Essence Rishikesh at its discretion permits students to go for any other scheduled course within 6 months. We therefore recommend that all applicants carefully examine their upcoming obligations so that they may be able to devote their full attention to the teacher training program.
