Through this course, I felt more balanced and coordinated between body & mind. Thanks to the Asana and different guided meditation. Grounding meditation and Dynamic meditation contributed the most. I felt more contempt and more awareness to the body, mind, and life in general. Teachers encouragements, friendship and all the exercises helping me stay more balanced and peaceful during the course.
