I started my Yoga & Meditation journey in 1996. Till 2016, my practice of yoga was on and off period till 2016. During this period, I attended some meditation and yoga workshops, spend time with spiritual persons.
Since 2017, I started my journey with Yoga Essence Rishikesh there I learnt many meditation techniques and yoga deeply, got balance in my life. When I started practice meditation, I experienced personal growth & transformation and developed a sense of calmness, contentment, lightness of spirit and intuition. Being a part of Yoga Essence team, I normally manage and co-ordinate the day to day running affairs of the school and assist Swamiji in Meditation classes. I believe that “Fill your mind with thoughts of calmness and happiness; there will be no room for anxiety.”
