Our 175 hour Meditation Teacher Training Course mainly focused on experiential aspect, Self-transformation, learning the skill to apply it in asana and pranayama practices along with developing the ability how to introduce meditation to others. The training covers many traditional, classical, contemporary, active meditation techniques and some self-growth techniques from different spiritual and yogic traditions. In this meditation teacher training, the techniques are being taught by combining both the core principles of yogic science and modern medical science. We are a registered yoga school of Yoga Alliance USA and follows the basic principles and ethics of teaching standard set by Yoga Alliance to make the courses more professional and experiential. As we are Continuing Education Provider of Yoga Alliance, you can use this 175 hours meditation teacher training course certification as continuing education training which will be counted as added qualification to your 200/300/500 yoga teacher training certification.

In this course you will experience and be trained in many different meditation techniques and exercises that have been developed or recommended by Yogis, Shiva, Buddha, Contemporary masters like Gurdjieff, Osho, Sufi Mystics along with Self-Growth techniques.

Some of the techniques and exercises are more active, others more passive; some are done with a partner, some alone, some are as group. Some techniques use the senses – sight, sound, touch – and all will help you to connect with your inner world. This will involve consciously exploring the possibilities beyond the familiar center that you live in and function from. You will need to be open to and welcome new dimensions of life that will begin to unfold and manifest as you move within. And, all these methods are done in a light and joyful way with so that you may dance and celebrate the learning process and transformation.

HOW TO TEACH MEDITATION?

After two full intense weeks of experiential and transformational practice, the last three days will be totally dedicated for teaching practicum, one-to-one counseling sessions, specific guidance for personal inner journey and question/answer sessions. This approach is because we believe that meditation is not like many other technical skills but needs to be felt and lived before to be shared and transmitted to others so the teaching practicum will come on the last part of the course. Although during the all length of it the students will already have sufficient knowledge about meditation practices and their application.

SILENT DAYS DURING THE RETREAT

v In the middle of the retreat the participants will undergo into a 5 days of silence to deepen the experiential and transformational aspect of the retreat where the participants cannot communicate with the outside world including phone call/texts, social medias, emails and so on.

v The silence itself is for personal growth and inner journey hence we require sincerity on it.

v Please make sure to make all the necessary arrangements accordingly before participating in the retreat.

2. Remaining balance of the course fee will be paid in cash (INR) on the day of admission into the school.

In case, you are alone and opting for double sharing accommodation, if we don’t find any participant who wants take sharing accommodation with you, then your double sharing course fee will turn to Single private room course fee and you will get single private room instead of double sharing room. In this type of special case we will inform you 5-7 days before starting of the course.

The program “Meditation TTC & 7 Points of Life Training” has become a mile stone for the transformations that I received in my life and inner journey.
